Day 1 start. OMG, super nervous!
Me and gen got up at 6, enjoyed breakfast for an hour, then we only walked 2 mins to MBF, our training venue, 15 ppl, 7 girls.
Day 1, did a master class presented by two trainners at the beginning.
Then, afternoon we focused on doing each move, going through and pracrice.
Last is the fitness test (gosh! Hate it)
Two trainners technique are PERFECT!
Thats why i am coming! Strong and tense! Already fascinating!
I love the afternoon learning section! We practiced all together and found some small movement we may not noticed in the nomal class that determined our technique is correct or not.
Oh my.....finally fitness test, running.
By counting how many rounds you can run, run as more as you can! I am not good at it and now ...
My goal for year ahead: finish 10k !
