28 Sept day 1 (continue)

My present track : 7 Agility training
Its split to two team.
Oh no..... i don't like the music and move of this track. o>_<o~
This track has no complusary moves, means u may not see in other releases.
Ai.....fine. trust myself i can do it!
After training, got running nose and felt dizzy, i even want to fall asleep after dinner. Thats toughest!
I wrote script from 10 to 11:30, then practice and try to talk from 11:30 to 3.
I remembered at 12, wanna give up, very strong motion, cried, sleepy, but when i thought about its only last for 1 night, few hours more you can present the track with no regret cause i have try my best! After the inner mind, i practiced until 3 and sleep.

28/ Sept day 1 training

Day 1 start. OMG, super nervous!
Me and gen got up at 6, enjoyed breakfast for an hour, then we only walked 2 mins to MBF, our training venue, 15 ppl, 7 girls.

Day 1, did a master class presented by two trainners at the beginning.
Then, afternoon we focused on doing each move, going through and pracrice.
Last is the fitness test (gosh! Hate it)

Two trainners technique are PERFECT!
Thats why i am coming! Strong and tense! Already fascinating!
I love the afternoon learning section!  We practiced all together and found some small movement we may not noticed in the nomal class that determined our technique is correct or not.
Oh my.....finally fitness test, running.
By counting how many rounds you can run, run as more as you can! I am not good at it and now ...
My goal for year ahead: finish 10k !

27-30/ Sept BA Training in KL

I've done it finally!
Awesone and inspired! Thanks my dear trainner Teoh and Prudent, they coaches us perfectly on technique and coaching, I've been learning a lot!!!
Now i am really a DIE HARD fan with them, LOL!

On 27 Sept, first day arrived, me and gen knew the airport taxi is expensive and we hope can reach airport express to kl center. But luckily, we found hotel taxi and they offered a good price MYR80 for two (around hkd100 each). Great!
Arrived Shang-ri La hotel, we checked in, they freely upgraded us to executive room and asked if we upgraded to swiss room for hkd1,000 and we said yes, actually we misunderstood its hkd1,000 per night!!!! oops, but its worth!!!!!

Complicated Relationship

Ooooo....my bf just told me his best friends is confused with his gf.
Story is his best friend C went concert with his gf R, R said he went to this concert the day before with a boy colleague and complained the singer perfomance wasn't as good as the one she watched before. And during the time, R was whats-app with that boy colleage without watching the show, C was silent.

I am not a qualified gf but a little respect to your love is simple and cared.
Am also worry how can we last for a relationship carrying more than 8 years, like me and patrick, clearly R has no 新鮮感 with C anymore, she is approaching with the other guy and if u were C, what will u do?

Boring at work

Bubble was pushing us to blog.
My off-season starts from june. Mmm, its really boring at office.
Let me show u my desk, i love to decorates as i trust it helps to light up my work!!!

My wish in christmas......

I am so exciting, 4 days left to Xmas!!!!!!!!!!!
Thought i would have so many things want to buy before writing this blog but now comes up with ONE only:

1. Am said from last year summer to now, i need a nice feather & down in winter!!!!!!
Its very hard to find a nice one, even i found, it cost 2000 to 3000. Thats not worth!!!!!

Am very satisfied now as my friends, my family and patrick are all doing good thus i can buy what i want!!!!!! Thats it!!!!!! Whats more, hope i can chat with T4 a WHOLE night on 22nd!!!!!!!
